 My order is late

Please check the tracking number for the latest details: Yodel numbers JD000********* If the tracking shows delivered, please check with any neighbours or safe places around your property - if still disputed, please print, sign and add your name and address to the Yodel Claims Form and return as a photo attachment.

 I have had a delivery notification from Amazon but do not have my item.

Recently Amazon has been sending out notifications ahead of our courier actually delivering the item. Please allow an extra day for your item to arrive.

 I have received an incorrect/damaged/unacceptable item.

We apologise in advance - please help us by sending us any images and as much detail as possible. Please include any batch codes/use by dates/faults, the courier label and any other useful information.
